CANCELLATION POLICY
Summer Day Camp Cancellations
- All refunds prior to June 1st, will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee.
- All refunds after June 1st, will incur a $125.00 cancellation fee.
NO Refunds/Credits will be given 14 Days before the first day of camp.
To avoid a cancellation fee, you may choose to take full credit to your Coerver United account. This credit will be available to use toward any Coerver United program for one year from the date of credit. If you choose to use a Coerver Credit, this registration will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Be advised that camps are held outside, and most are held on artificial turf fields. Summer weather conditions include high temperatures and heat indexes. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to adjust camp hours due to player and staff safety concerns. Please consider the forecasted weather if your child has medical conditions that may be impacted. No refunds will be given due to the weather.
Coerver Center of Excellence Cancellations (Winter program)
- All refunds prior to October 15th, will incur a $200.00 cancellation fee.
- All refunds after October 15th, will incur a $350.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations less than 14 days from the start of the program will not be refunded/credited.
Seasonal Programs (First Skills, Scoring Goals and Performance Academy)
All refunds will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled 14 days prior to the start of the program.
