Our Cancellation Policy

Anyone wishing to cancel his or her registration should contact Coerver United at our support email, support@coerverunited.com.  All cancellations will be processed as soon as possible but will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee covers all website costs associated with accepting cards.  All other money will be returned to the credit card that was used to register.

**Residential Camps and Centers of Excellence will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Must be done 3 weeks prior to the start of the given program.**

**All camp cancellations must be received 3 weeks prior to camp so that we can fill the vacated spot. No refunds will be provided once a camp/class/program has started.
