Our Cancellation Policy
Anyone wishing to cancel his or her Coerver United Summer Day Camp registration should contact Coerver United at our support email, support@coerverunited.
Summer Day camp cancellations will be processed as soon as possible and will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee if made prior to June 1. If canceled on June 1 or after, they will be subject to a $100.00 cancelation fee. All other money will be returned to the credit card that was used to register. To avoid a cancelation fee, you may choose to fully credit your Coerver United account. If you choose to use a Coerver Credit, this registration will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Residential Camps will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee prior to June 1. June 1 or after, there will be a $250.00 cancelation fee.
Coerver Center of Excellence Winter program will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee prior to October 15. On October 15 or after, there will be a $250.00 cancelation fee.
Seasonal Programs (First Skills, Scoring Goals and Performance Academy) will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee if cancelled two weeks prior to the start of the program. All cancellations less than 14 days from the start of the program will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.
** No refunds will be provided once a camp/class/program has started.
COVID-19 Camp Policy
Due to the current situation, we will provide all our customers with a value protection guarantee. If your camp is canceled due to the COVID-19, the value of your camp will be credited towards a later camp (valid until 12/31/2022).
